Classic Elegance Invitations® 100% Satisfaction GuaranteeBased on online purchases, Classic Elegance Invitations® will provide a full refund if the unfortunate event of damage, shortage or error on our end in the design, printing and/or shipping of the invitations. Classic Elegance Invitations® will gladly reprint and re-ship any item(s) to you at no charge. Classic Elegance Invitations® provides proofs prior to printing of final order. During this time, Classic Elegance Invitations® will provide a refund (-$20 preparation fee) based on any of the following occurring: Client purchases item, but sends an email requesting a refund prior to receiving a proof. Client does not approve proof and requests a refund. Online Purchase ProcessClassic Elegance Invitations® offers wedding invitations available for purchase online. A series of templates are listed online to browse through. Once the invitation template is selected the invitation can be customized, information can be added dynamically online, and extras can be applied to the invitations (this may increase the initial price)*. Once the product is to the users liking, the checkout process can be completed where the user inputs final information**:
From there Classic Elegance Invitations® receives the order (Credit Card has been charged).Classic Elegance compiles the information and sends a PDF proof for approval to client. Warranty / Refund (based on above*)Classic Elegance Invitations® will provide no warranty or refund. ShippingClassic Elegance ships to both Canada and USA. Overseas requests will have to contact Classic Elegance Invitations® and request a separate shipping quote. By AppointmentClassic Elegance Invitations® are specialists in invitations. We consult, design and print. We provide a service, where our customers are able to set up appointments online or call and book over the phone. From there we set up our initial consultation and here is what to expect.
Once the meeting has finalized, Classic Elegance Invitations® emails a quote outlining the prices for all the specified packages requested by the individual(s). Individuals, who approve, will be required to put a 40% down payment on the invitations. During the timeline specified, Classic Elegance Invitations® grants the client 2 (two) more consultations in person. Classic Elegance Invitation® will offer unlimited changes or adjustments to be made to the custom invitations during the timeline via email or phone. It is to the regard of both Classic Elegance Invitations® and the client to discuss refund or discount if the client is not 100% happy with the service and final product delivered by Classic Elegance Invitations®.
